The ingredients needed to cook Stuffed Mushrooms:

  1. Take of nos Large size button mushrooms (peel and remove stem).
  2. Take of FOR STUFFING:- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion.
  3. Take of finely chopped capsicum.
  4. Take of finely chopped mushrooms stem.
  5. Prepare of finely chopped green chilli.
  6. Provide of salt or per taste.
  7. Use of red chilli powder.
  8. You need of coriander powder.
  9. Use of garam masala powder.
  10. Take of turmeric powder.
  11. Take of finely chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Get of cooking oil.
  13. Prepare of grated cheese cube.
  14. Provide of FOR MARINATION:- 3 tablespoons fresh curd.
  15. You need of gramflour.
  16. You need of ginger garlic paste.
  17. Take of Salt.
  18. Prepare of red chilli powder.
  19. Take of coriander powder.
  20. You need of garam masala powder.
  21. Prepare of turmeric powder.
  22. Use of roasted cumin powder.
  23. Use of mango powder.
  24. Prepare of bread slice breadcrumbs.
  25. You need of cooking oil.
  26. Prepare of FOR GARNISHING:- Cilantro for garnishing.
  27. Prepare of grated cheese cube.

Steps to make Stuffed Mushrooms:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil  saute onion for minute on high flame..
  2. Add capsicum and mushrooms stem and saute for minute on low flame..
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder, saute for minute on low flame..
  4. Add coriander leaves and grated cheese keep mixing and switch off the flame. Let it cool down..
  5. Meantime I prepared stuffing. Add curd, gramflour, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder coriander powder, mango powder, turmeric powder,  black pepper powder, bread crumbs and cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well..
  6. Marinate mushrooms in it for 10minutes. Now stuff mixture in mushrooms and keep aside..
  7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil on pan, first cook stuffed side on slow gas low flame for 7minutes. Flip and cook  mushrooms for another 5 to 7minutes..
  8. Transfer it in plate and garnish grated cheese and coriander leaves..
  9. Serve as a starter, snack or side dish..
