The ingredients needed to cook Zuppa Toscana:

  1. Use 1 lb of Italian Suasage.
  2. Use 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  3. You need 3 tbsp of garlic puree.
  4. Get 1/4 cup of real bacon pieces.
  5. You need 10 of each chicken bullion cubes.
  6. Prepare 10 cup of water.

  2. Using the same pot, saute bacon pieces, onion, and garlic over medium heat until onions are soft.
  3. Add chicken bullion to your bacon and onion mix and add water. Bring everything to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, add potatoes and cook at medium heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
  5. Add heavy whipping cream and stir until heated.
  6. Add your sausage mixture and stir.
  7. Add chopped Kale and stir 30 seconds.
  8. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy.
