  1. Take 1 of cuo roasted peanuts.
  2. Prepare 1 of bowr (besan) gramflour.
  3. Use 1 spoon of red chilly powder.
  4. Use of Salt as required.
  5. Take 1 spoon of garam masala powder.
  6. You need of Drinking water.
  7. Provide 1/2 spoon of dry mango powder.
  8. You need 1/2 spoon of chhat masala.
  9. Provide pinch of Baking soda.

  11. Take of Cooking oil for frying.

Instructions to make Masala Peanut:

  1. Dry roast peanuts. In bowl take gramflour collect all dry spices.
  2. Now in gramflour add all dry spices add little water make little thick dove add some peanuts.
  3. Mix well all well add peanuts. Heat up oil in fring pan add peanuts with your hands carefully in hot oil.and fry them till golden in colur fry in batches don't make crowd. Use spactulla for fry.
  4. Remove on tissu paper. Then serve in serving plate sprinkle some red chilly and chat masala..
